Alissa Briggs is an Associate Professor and Licensed Psychologist in the division of Pediatric Forensic Medicine at UK Healthcare. Her aim is to improve systems of support for children, adolescents, and their caregivers to promote resilience and prevent violence. Throughout her career, Dr. Briggs has sought to lead efforts to promote the well-being of children and adolescents through equitable and accessible service-delivery within outpatient and school settings.
